Feel the Night
Few people plan to become a primary caregiver. Miguel’s journey begins in the hospital room where his wife is recovering from an operation in which cancer was found and removed from her body.
Dear Cancer
Dear Cancer, is not a story of sadness and pain. It is an invitation to find joy amid that sadness and healing amid that pain. It is an invitation to find strength in vulnerability and gratitude in every breath. It is an invitation to remember that while we cannot control what happens to us, we can control how we respond.

Miguel writes from the heart, letting you into his emotions good and bad and the ugly as he describes in his journey as a caregiver, husband and father. It makes you realize all the things big and small we take for granted everyday when we are healthy. He reminds us to purposefully live our life and not just survive it. Thanks Miguel for letting into such a vulnerable and difficult experience for you Carmen and the rest of the family, I couldn’t out the book down!
